The Big PC Geeks offer many In-Home services from Santa Clarita Valley to Acton for residences and small businesses.  With our unique services, you never have to come to any location, we come to you and either fix your computer on the spot or take it back to our secret labs for fixing. Not only do you not have to lug your computer to our location, we are often cheaper than what other companies charge for service at their locations and much cheaper than any on-site repair company. The Big PC Geeks believe in safeguarding your data at all costs, which is why we generally backup your data before performing anything that could affect it. We can't tell you how many horror stories of computer technicians wiping out a computer to fix a problem without backing up any data we have heard. We the Geeks also believe in helping and teaching our customers, which is why it is not common for us to explain what we are doing why we are doing it. We know it is common practice for many companies to withhold information to keep the customer coming back to fix the same issue in an attempt to make more money.
